Bonus Wallet vs Withdrawable Cash
Total balance ≠ bankable cash. Read the wallet lines, clear turnover if you claimed promo, and only push the withdrawable amount to UPI.
Quick answer
Withdrawable is what can leave to your UPI after KYC and min limits — typically cleared deposits plus net winnings that are not locked by promo rules. Bonus is promotional fuel: it may seat you at tables or unlock tickets, but it needs wagering / turnover (and sometimes max-cashout caps) before any slice becomes withdrawable. A banner “₹X bonus” is not ₹X in GPay.
If you hit Withdraw while only bonus shows available, the request fails or sits pending. Open the wallet breakdown every session. Skip stacking offers you will not clear — clean deposit cash is often simpler when you want a fast cashout.
Step-by-step
1. Read each wallet line before you withdraw
Look for Deposit, Winnings, Bonus, Locked, Withdrawable (labels vary by build). The Withdraw button should only pull from the withdrawable line.
2. Open the offer card for turnover rules
Signup, referral and deposit-match offers each have their own multiplier, eligible games, expiry and max cashout. Read that card before you opt in — not after the promo expires.
3. Clear wagering on eligible tables
Contribution can be 100%, partial, or zero by game. Prefer tables you already play well in this lobby (rummy, teen patti, etc.) instead of forcing turnover on unfamiliar high-volatility rooms.
4. Watch expiry and cashout caps
Unused bonus can die on the clock. Hitting a max-cashout cap may leave leftover promo as non-cashable. Plan cashouts around the withdrawable number, not total balance.
5. Withdraw only withdrawable → your UPI
